[vtkusers] Where is vtkDirectory::FileIsDirectory()

Hi all,

I wanna use vtkDirectory::FileIsDirectory() in my
program, but I couldn't find the declaration or
defination of this method in vtkDirectory.h(.cxx).

My VTK version is 5.0.3, is it too low to have this
method? Or is there another method to reach this goal?
