Hi,

you can find 'VTKGeography' at :

to read vector and raster gis - data into a vtk application i use :

grass
http://grass.itc.it/
+
paraview
http://www.paraview.org/New/index.html

grass have a nice tool to export gis data
both vector and raster into a vtk format.
