[vtkusers] image reader classes drop SetFileNames() ?

Hi all,

I just updated to VTK 5.0.3 - and it seems the vtkImageReader classes
have removed the method SetFileNames()  - so it's no longer possible
to directly hand the reader class a list of predefined file paths.

Is there another way around this? It would be convenient to have such
a method because it can be annoying for the user to have to define
file prefixes etc.

I know this could cause some confusion as to how the slices of the
volume are properly sorted, but assuming the files are already
properly named there shouldn't be a need for any other type of
sorting, and this should be an option for the user?
