Ouch, that's quite embarrassing! :)  The page above says the VTK book is
"updated for VTK version 4.2".  4.2 was released 4 years ago.  :)

In fact, that whole page is quite out of date; the current book does
discuss VTK 5.

I've cc'ed the webmaster....
