Hmmm .. in 5.0.2 there is no class with that name. I will guess that that is 
the C version of class vtkXMLWriter. However, a quick look through the docs 
indicate that neither it nor any of the classes derived from it seem to have a 
method named SetCellsWithTypes. Could you provide more information including 
your version of VTK?
