[vtkusers] Tcl example files not executed

Hi All
I'm very new to TCL and VTK. I installed the VTK 5.0  / Tcl from the CD
came with VTK user's guid book. But the tcl examples are not running by
double clicking I have to choose open with and specific VTK . I'm working on
windows XP.
