[vtkusers] Help about MSVC++8 windows form

Hi Dear User;
I'm new and beginer user of vtk and i'm intrested work with msvc++8 with
windows form application. for example i want to enter parameter of some
sphare in the form then draw or render it. Do you have any simple code for
start?
