[vtkusers] How to use ImagePlaneWidget as a Implicit Function

Is there a particular reason you need to use vtkImagePlaneWidget instead 
of vtkPlaneWidget or vtkImplicitPlaneWidget? Both vtkPlaneWidget and 
vtkImplicitPlaneWidget have a GetPlane method that allows you to get a 
vtkPlane (a subclass of vtkImplicitFunction), but vtkImagePlaneWidget 
does not.
