[vtkusers] performance of MIP mappers

Hi,Jesus,

 

I'm not in the developer team of VTK. It was only a mod by myself (something
I read in a paper), so this seems to be the way MIP is commonly done with
TextureMapping (and it works without problems so far). 

I don't know how to submit this to the guy that wrote the mapper. I think
this would be a feature that a lot of people would want.
