[vtkusers] windows enviromet

Hi,
I brand new to VTK and tcl/tk  . I don't know how to set enviroment to start
devloping on windows XP . I downloaded activetcl 8.4.14.0 from activestate
web site. Please help. Or suggest any site or book can walk me throught
seting up the enviroment.
