[vtkusers] How to use vtkMFCWindow class

You should have compiled VTK with GUI support for MFC first. Sample source
codes and instructions of integrating vtkRenderWindow with a MFC window (for
both MDI and dialog based ) can be found in VTK/Examples/GUI/Win32/vtkMFC.
