[vtkusers] VTK 4.4 dashboards...

Would anybody care if we ceased running the 4 nightly VTK dashboards
with "zRel44" in the build name? There is no active development
occurring in the release-4-4 branch, so these results should not
change from day to day. We could use some of the time on those
machines to update to newer branches for more current dashboard
coverage.

I will turn those 4 dashboards off in the near future unless somebody
objects by replying to this email...
