[vtkusers] How To Show Only Part Of ImagePlaneWidget

Hi,

vtkImagePlaneWidget is a single slice plane.  It appears
you are using the tcl example which shows 3 widgets at once:
just instantiate only one.  There is also a class that
incorporates 3 widgets together in a slightly different way:
vtkImageOrthoPlanes.
