[vtkusers] Forcing different input/output dimensions in vtkSimpleImageToImageFilter

Hi all,
Since there is no ExecuteInformation() method in the
vtkSimpleImageToImageFilter class, I wonder how can
a derived class could implement a case where output is of different size
than the input, for example, input being NxMxP, output being (NxP)xMx1. Same
amount of data, just reorganized.
