[vtkusers] Volume Rendering

VTK has many volume rendering algorithms.  Each algorithm is
encapsulated in a subclass of vtkAbstractVolumeMapper.  I recommend
looking at the documentation for these classes to get a list of what is
supported.  The class documentation for VTK 5.0 is found at
