[vtkusers] How to align vtkLineWidget2

Hi All,

Anyone tried to align a vtkLineWidget2 with the X axis? Or, constrain 
the widget to a bounding box?

With a vtkLineWidget this is done using SetAlignToXAxis() and 
ClampToBoundsOn(). Thought I'd ask before porting code.
