[vtkusers] VTK and Silicon Graphics

Hi,
    I'd like to heard some comments on using VTK in a Silicon Graphics 
system.
I am using VTK to visualize 3D data with Ray casting volume. We like to 
improve the render time results.
Does anybody know where can I get more information?

I have to do some research before buy the new Graphics system.
