Ok guys, I think I have the completely wrong approach.

I think it should be possible to get the point from the vtkImageReslice
output grid. So, the vtkImageReslice must hold the reference to the input
voxel in its output grid and the input voxel is exactly what I need!

Any suggestions on how this can be accessed?
