[vtkusers] How to build VTK correctly?

[xmzstudy]

I spent a long time  on  building VTK,unfortunately the VC platform reported an error like this,
[fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'MangleMesaInclude/gl_mangle.h': No such file or directory   Error executing cl.exe. ALL_BUILD - 1 error(s), 0 warning(s)]
Can you tell me how to overcome it.
