[vtkusers] where is vtkXOpenGLRenderWindow.h

How did you get VTK? CD, download zip file, CVS? And what version are you using?

That file is located in VTK/Rendering...

Did you set VTK_USE_X at cmake configure time? What is the value of
OPENGL_gl_LIBRARY in your CMakeCache.txt?
