[vtkusers] vtkVolume cutting and selection

Hi, i need to cut a vtkVolume (generated with dataset of type vtkImageData)
to create a new one.

Precisely I need to select a region (parallelogram, sphere, etc) in an
arbitrary volume to create a new volume from the first one.

 

I'm reading something about vtkCutter class and vtkPicker, but i hope
someone can better address me about this issue.
