[vtkusers] Inverse Marching Cubes?

I'm trying to select a subset of a main dataset of a Dicom Volume, it's 
correspond to a contour generated by interpolation of a numerous splines.
I need to select the inner volume to pass like a initial parameter to a
itk level set filter. I need to label or select the inner voxel and assign
a value of total white and the outer voxels the black value. There is a
class to do that or what ideas could be useful?
