[vtkusers] BAD VTK_USE_OFFSCREEN

Setting VTK_USE_OFFSCREEN:BOOL=ON causes much breakage as in the
Dashboard :

That is the only difference between that dashboard and this one :

Who's doing dash16.­kitware? Why use Mesa-6.3.2?
