[vtkusers] disable inertia in trackball interaction style?

This is probably related to the timer changes introduced earlier this year.
Can you submit a bug at the VTK bug tracker with steps to reproduce this
issue?
You may be able to override this behavior if you dig into the various
listeners of TimerEvent.
