[vtkusers] reduce number of glyph

Try vtkMaskPoints filter to mask every nth point.

My grid is quite dense, and while drawing glyph, the arrows are hardly 
visible. i cannot make them too small too. is there a way to randomly sample

the data so that the number of glyphs is reduced??
