[vtkusers] Removing points from vtkPoints

Hi everyone,

Is there any way to remove a point from a givenm index from vtkPoints. On a
similar note, all vtkDataArray structures also seem to have the same
problems. It seems that it is just not possible to remove an item from these
collection or am I mistaken here?

I really need to have this functionality of being able to delete a point
from a vtkPointArray. What is the best way to do this?
