[vtkusers] Making a very informative view of the brain

Hi,

With vtkImagePlaneWidget, you can easily get something like that:

Here, volumetric brain structures were transformed into triangular 
surfaces via an external filter similar to vtkMarchingCubes (there seem 
to be many of that kind).
