Dear All:
I am using vtk to visualize colonic polyp which are detected by some geometric features, mainly different curvatures analysis. I can only color some parts of the detected polyp, while other authors could highlight their results wholely.
I am using almost same features and same way to simulate the polyps. Could any one give me some hints to improve my results?
The two colored polyps are attached for reference. The second one is copied from Dr. Ronald Summer's paper published in Radiology: 2000, Vol. 216, 284-290.
Best Wishes,
