[vtkusers] Error while configure cmake

Hi
  I installed visual studio.net 2003 professional and cmake on my computer. and I download the vtk 5.0. when I run cmakesetup I meet a error says 'could not find compiler set in environment variable CC:cl'. Any one know how to solve this problem? Thanks
