[vtkusers] MPI Offscreen Volume Rendering

I'd like to report to the VTK list that I was able to create the volume
rendered movies that I wanted on our cluster with the use of Paraview
and the ordered composting option. Creating the movie on my workstation
took most of 4 days. Creating another version on our cluster with twice
the number of frames took about 6 hours. The speed scaled almost
perfectly with the number of processors.

The method is definitely able to handle data sets that are to large to
volume render on my workstation, but I haven't used it yet to produce
more than a few frames from that data.
