[vtkusers] Parallel Programming

Hi,

I have seen that there are classes for parallel programming with vtk (f.e. vtkMPIController).
I have the VTK User's Guide, but there is no comment on parallel programming.

What can you recommend would be a good way to learn how the vtk way of parallel programming is?
Is there a tutorial or something like this?
