[vtkusers] MPI Offscreen Volume Rendering

The trick to getting output seems to have been to turn off compositing.
I have the manager set to tile the windows, but it looks like this is
not working. If I use a larger dataset the program never finishes. When
I try to color the output differently by node I only get one color.
