[vtkusers] Question on dash1win64.-kitware site on current quality dashboard

Can anyone confirm that the dash1win64.kitware site on the current quality
dashboard is in fact a WinXP 64-bit system?  If so, when will a qualified
version of VTK and CMake be available?
