[vtkusers] unscaled text or line

Hello,
 
I have the following problem I need to mark an object in a far distance 
by some sort of an arrow which remains the same size. It should look
like a label which shall allways be displayed in the same size.
 
Is there any VTK construct which has simular abilities?
