[vtkusers] 3D displays

Hi

I'm organising with a local company to try out various 3D displays. They are
offering the following types

1. lcd shutter glasses and CRT monitor ?
2. lcd shuttler glasses and Christie DLP active stereo projectors ? 
3. Passive infitec projection ? 
4. Passive polorised projection.?

So
Does VTK support all 4 ?
Which of the VTK modes maps to the above list

VTK_STEREO_CRYSTAL_EYES 1 -> 1 & 2       
VTK_STEREO_RED_BLUE     2
VTK_STEREO_INTERLACED   3
VTK_STEREO_LEFT         4
VTK_STEREO_RIGHT        5
VTK_STEREO_DRESDEN      6 -> 4

I'm not sure about STEREO_LEFT/STEREO_RIGHT
