[vtkusers] updating VTK 5.0

Hi Ashley,

If you are updating your classes a lot of times, the best way to do this 
are using CVS or a GUI client to CVS.
You have more informations about VTK CVS repository at:
http://www.vtk.org/get-software.php#cvs
If you want to use a GUI client, my recomendation are WinCVS. You have 
versions to Windows, Linux and Mac.
By this way, you can update your code just with the modifications.
