(sorry for multiple postings, some problems occured with the first post)
Dear All,
I know this question has been around under many forms in this forum, and
that the label 'newbie' is generally associated with it ;(
But even though I recently got the books and looked for the ML archives,
I didn't manage to solve it.
So: I have 2 important applications in mind for which I would need to:
- modify the points positions only (fixed connectivity)
- modify the points and the cells (everything, then)
For what I've read, I fear the only solution would be to remove the
actor representing the polydata, and then to build a new actor from scratch.
This could suit the latter application (polydata represents the cutting
of an ImagePlaneWidget and a polydata object), but would definitely kill
the first one (modify point positions only while moving cursors
representing shape coefficients for the well-known Point Distribution Model)
I accept any criticism and any hint!
By advance, thank you for your time,
