[vtkusers] the medical example in headsq/quarter

Dear Everyone:
   
  I have another question, for the medical example in headsq/quarter, the program said it is 64X64, so it should be 64X64 =4K, but the file size is 8K. Furthermore, when I create my own 64X64 dataset, it is 4K but it doesn't work. 
   
  Can anybody help?
