[vtkusers] X.org FC4 no GL windows

[Kevin H. Hobbs]

Almost every VTK test that should pop up a window fails as below.  I was
having trouble with VTK and Paraview on our cluster but it may be my
workstation's fault.  It's Fedora Core 4 on an x86_64.  Does this look
familiar to anybody?
