[vtkusers] QT + VTK

In VTK 5.0.0, it is in the $VTK_SOURCE_DIR/GUISupport/Qt directory.  
To utilize it, you need select the CMake options to build VTK with  
GUI support and select the appropriate options for the Qt header and  
library paths.
