[vtkusers] Compiling vtk on Intel 64 bits.

I'm talking about things like making the build directory, then running
CMake which will likely default to gcc, then changing the compiler to
mpicc or icc. 

Some junk may remain in the build directory and cause weird errors like
the one you see.

It could also have just been a very bad day to check out the cvs
repository. I just took a look around in my builds that wrap TCL and I
see no such file anywhere in one of my newer builds but there's one in
an older build. It might be time for a fresh cvs checkout ( or at least
cvs update -PdA ) and a fresh build directory.
