[vtkusers] default interactor in vtkImageViewer2

Hi everyone,

The default interactor in the vtkImageViewer2 is pretty cool. The zooming
and 3d rotation etc. I was going through the code but could not understand
where the interactor was set.

I have 2 questions:

- which vtk interactor is it? I would love to see the vtk code and try to
understand what they do in there.

- Second, how do I set it off.
