[vtkusers] vtkImageViewer2 with QVTKWidget

Ok guys,

I noticed something interesting... When I uncomment the line:

widget.SetRenderWindow(view2->GetRenderWindow());

The vtkImageViewer2 object renders itself.... in another window albeit...

So, it is setting the renderer window to the QT Widget that seems to be
giving a problem.

I am not sure though what is so special about this....It works fine with the
vtkImageViewer class...
