Hi,
I've got to somehow project measured scalar data onto a given 3d object.
There are mutch lesser measured values than vertices in the 3d object.
All vertices of the measured values are also contained in the 3d object.

I first thought of using a vtkImplicitDataSet but that seems to be wrong.

Is there a build in function in vtk to do that?

Probably its just an interpolation. But how to do that? Has someone
got an example for me?
