[vtkusers] CMake hangs when installing vtk 5.0.1.

CMakeCache.txt is in another thread (at least the one from a few days
ago) here:

Dongqing: Use the reply-all feature of your email program to continue
this discussion. When the mailing list receives a mail with the same
subject line, they get grouped together as a thread in the archive
making it easy for people to see the whole discussion. If you keep
changing the subject line every time you send an email, none of them are
grouped together...
Maybe this will help:
Have you tried running CMake again starting with an new/empty binary
directory? Or are you running it over and over again in the same binary
directory?
