[vtkusers] VTK Books

[Michael Rice]

The on-line documentation is only the API reference. The books  
provide a lot of detail about VTK concepts, data structures, how/why  
to use the various classes, and a lot of examples.

I'll put in my request too:

When will the VTK 5 books be available?
