[vtkusers] Problems compiling VTK on Windows

I'm using MinGW/MSys and CMake 2.4.2.

I did finally get a semi-successful compile by Disabling the VTK_USE_TK
option.  The results were not quite Python-compatible, I had to manually
rename/copy alot of the resulting libvtk*PythonD.dll files to their vtk*
Python.dll equivalents, and now it seems to work.


Now if I can get the same to happen on our SGI... stupid "static int select"
....
