[vtkusers] vtk and .NET

VTK 4.4? I think the last wrapper built only works with VTK 4.2.2...

  The wrapper works if you download VTK 4.4 from CVS and recompile it, but I could not find a compiled binary of VTK that works with the wrapper. The wrapper is also for .NET 1.1. I put a working compiled version of their wrappers on SourceForge, along with a version of VTK for .NET 2.0. http://vtkdotnet.sourceforge.net/
