[vtkusers] Building QT support from CVS source in BCC5.6

cvs stat GUISupport/Qt/CMakeLists.txt
will tell you what version you have.  Check that you have version 1.22 
or greater.  If not, update it.
If you've already updated, and still have problems, let me know.
