[vtkusers] Need vtkImplicitPolyData class.

Hi Steve,
   the class I have is just a hack which often does what is expected (but
sometimes not). There are rigourous solutions out there, eg GTS
http://gts.sourceforge.net/index.html  but I dont have the time to
implement in vtk. If you are still keen I can send you what I have.
